Saí de casa de bike para aquecer as pernas, e depois a partir de Alenquer a pé para mais uma sessão fotográfica com estes modelos negativos (negativos de fotografia :P, mas positivos haviam lá 1 ou 2)...
Depois e para ganhar kms para a Maratona de Sevilha que se avizinha perigosamente, fiz ainda mais uma sessão de 1 hora a pastar a vaca. (expressão usada pelo meu Mister, que nem sequer ouso em lhe perguntar de onde saiu.

Tu não estás a treinar para a Maratona. Tal, tem um planeamento que nos obrigamos a cumprir.
